Privacy Policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
EquitySpring Partners (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to equityspringpartners.com only.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect the email address you enter. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
- Standard technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in order to deliver and secure the site.
We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site, and we don’t ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your email address to reply to your inquiry and, if you’d like, to schedule a call. We don’t add you to a mailing list without your consent, and we don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run this site. They process information on our behalf or when you interact with their content:
- Netlify hosts the website and stores contact form submissions.
- YouTube (Google) provides the embedded video. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube doesn’t set cookies until you play the video.
- Calendly handles call scheduling. If you book a call, the details you enter (such as your name and email) are collected by Calendly and shared with us. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies.
- LinkedIn hosts the newsletter and profile linked from this site. Their own privacy policy applies once you visit LinkedIn.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business conversations, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We’ll respond to any request promptly and won’t treat you differently for making one.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to submissions to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
